Join us for a relaxing summer weekend on beautiful Hiiumaa! Spend the weekend exactly the way you like: enjoy nature, meet fellow HBC members and their families, and take part in a variety of outdoor activities.

Activities:

You are free to create your own perfect HBC weekend. Some activities are free, while others are available at your own expense.

Free activities include:

– Nearby beach and swimming
– Hiking on the beautiful long Kassari peninsula
– Playground for children
– Volleyball
– Relaxing and enjoying nature

Optional paid activities (not covered by HBC) include:

– Karting
– Indoor wall climbing
– Museum visits
– Sauna (subject to availability, can be arranged on-site)
– Cycling (Robin has several bicycles available; this can be arranged on-site)

Food:

HBC will provide:

– Light breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
– BBQ dinner on Saturday evening
– A selection of drinks

Please bring:

– Something to share (snacks, a side dish, something for the BBQ, or dessert)
– Your own lunch

A small grocery shop and beer house serving food are located about 500 metres from the campsite. A larger supermarket is available in Käina, approximately a 10-minute drive away.

The prices below apply per night for HBC members and their family members.

– Glamping Tent (Albatros) | 2 double beds | 2 adults + up to 3 children | €20.00

Room in Keldrimae Kulalistemaja | 2 adults | Price to be determined

Camping pitch (up to 7 tents and 3 campers, electricity available) | (bring your own equipment) | €10.00

Please bring your own bed linen and towels for all accommodation except camping.

Non-members are welcome at an additional €10 per night, subject to availability.

Accommodation is limited, so early booking is recommended.

To reserve your place, please send an email to info@hollandbusinessclub.ee including:

– Number of adults
– Number of children
– Preferred accommodation
– Number of nights

HBC members and their families have booking priority until 31 July 2026. After this date, any remaining accommodation will also be available to non-members.

Your reservation becomes final after:

– Confirmation by HBC;
– Payment of the invoice you will receive after registration.

Once your booking has been confirmed, please arrange your transport as soon as possible.

Transport:

Transport is not organised by the HBC.

You can travel to Hiiuma by:
– Car – book the ferry in advance via www.praamid.ee
– Ferry as passenger on foot (leave your car on the mainland). Please arrange pickup and drop-off.
– Bus to Rohuküla or Käina – book via https://luxexpress.eu and arrange pickup and drop-off.
– Plane from Tallinn to Kärdla – book via https://flynyx.com and arrange pickup and drop-off.

Please note: If you require pickup or drop-off, this must be arranged in advance with HBC and/or Robin.

Once again this year, Sinterklaas and his Pieten are coming to Tallinn to celebrate with Dutch and Flemish families in Estonia and bring gifts for the children.
